| Introduction |
Under
the National Programme for Control of Blindness
(NPCB), DISTRICT BLINDNESS CONTROL SOCIETY
(DBCS) HAZARIBAG was formed and registered under
societies registration act 21, 1860 vide
registration no. 920/Patna dated 29-12-1995.
